Eric Scott specializes in film vinyl and specialty material sealing production including RF sealing (Radio Frequency welding or HF Sealing High Frequency Sealing), heat sealing, ultrasonic welding and custom decorating techniques, all with quick turnaround time. RF welding and heat sealing processes that have long been used to create impermeable seams on a variety of flexible product. Eric Scott manufactures products such as vinyl checkbook covers, organizer pouches, document holders, menu covers and vinyl 3-ring binders, all using the latest sealing technology. We can accommodate small volume custom product runs but also have the capacity to produce several million products per year. Our global supply chain allows you to select from our stock vinyl or specialty formulation materials such as Prop 65 compliant vinyl, water resistant, cold crack resistant and other specialty vinyl and poly materials.
